Impressed from the get go

Just called Afrihost to cancel my 3G product due to poor reception in my area. I was expecting someone to give me the 3rd degree and awkwardly try and convince me to stay, instead the friendly gentleman i spoke to (Daniel, didn't get his last name unfortunately) was very pleasant, quick and super-efficient. Even told me to come to their office and get a cup of coffee and a free massage when dropping off the 3G device. I have been impressed with this ISP from the very beginning and it seems they do not seize to amaze. They really do try and go the extra mile... Great prices, great services, and hopefully great coffee too! ;-)
