FED UP WITH CELL C!!!

My husband and I have been experiencing major problems with this company for the last 2 months now!!! We are completely disgusted in the service and they have left us with very little options regarding this matter. So with this being said I hope someone gets back to us ASAP! Ever since my husband upgraded his phone with Cell C he has been having problems with the phone freezing, calls not coming through, not being able to make calls. This has been reported to 3 different Branches namely Vangate Mall, Parow Mall and Blue Route Mall. It was said that software needs to be updated which was done but still NOTHING! It was said that the sim card needs to be changed. That was done twice and still ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Promises was made to collect the phone and repair it or replace it but days later we are still waiting! Minutes being used to figure out what the is going on and each month Cell C expects there funds and for what??? A Completely Useless Phone! Why am I paying you guys almost R1000 for the 2 contracts I have with you when this is the kind of service I receive! Useless staff making empty promises (Details: Miandra ref no sl900918) I AWAIT FEEDBACK ASAP OR I WILL TAKE MATTERS FURTHER
