I have been a loyal customer of Cell C for more than 6 years now and since I moved to Trichardt, Mpumalanga I have been battling with poor signal in and around my house. It is so bad that I cannot take any call in my house, which makes me wonder why I stay with them in the first place. I have been trying to get a representative to help me with a signal enhancer or whatever device is used to boost signal without success.
If a representative from Cell C reads this, please contact me on [Email Removed] I would appreciate to be handled in such a way as a loyal client deserves.
