Phones are meant to go into pockets and not crack

I was shocked to discover my phone cracked taking it out of my pocket. It had not fallen. It had not bumped into anything. I had just cracked (shattered all directions) without provocation. This is then assumed as being my fault and not some sort of design issue. Phones are meant to go into pockets. If it was not designed for this, then I don't know. Come on Sony, have a look at this before you harm your own brand. I am having to repair the phone at my cost and I did nothing normally wrong.
