I have made various phonecalls to customer care at my own cost, regarding my sons blackberry bbm not working and spoke to many different people who all told me different stories as to why his bbm was not working, one told me they don't know what the problem was and said I must take my phone in for repairs, the other told me my bis had expired and re connected it only for it to be re connected again the next day and didn't I was told they didn't know why. The other told me that i was paying for extra bis which was not necessary only to find out today that they disconnected his bis instead of explaining it properly to me. I experienced a lot of frustration dealing with all these different people who all told me different stories. When my contract expires i will not ever use autopage again. I don't find there service very helpful or processional. My 14 year old son has been sitting without being able to get hold of me many times which is not safe for him and stresses me out as i cant get hold of him without phoning him which costs me at the end of the day and that makes me angry as i am not getting good service for what i pay fo
