After watching loads of television advertisements repeatedly encouraging us to change to Cell C as they have the best cellular coverage, I changed. Since changing from Vodacom to Cell C my clients' battle to get hold of me. I constantly get SMS's stating that I have missed a call yet I have not been on the phone! I have reported this to Cell C business under the reference 1309170000351381 on the 17th of September 2013. They undertook to get back to me within 7 - 10 working days. Nobody has got back to me. I phoned them this morning to be told that they would return my call within 10 minutes. Still nothing. I would like to know if the Consumer Protection Act can step in here and do what it was designed to do i.e. protect the consumers from providers who claim to have the best cellular coverage when they don't (appear to in my case). Next is the billing - they are happy to deduct the amounts owing from my business account but don't seem as forthcoming with the invoices - I have to phone and request them.
