I applied for the Sony Experia M phone which was on a special offer as part of an upgrade 2 weeks ago but there is no stock and no feedback as to when there will be. I (as well as the branch consultant) are continuously given the run around. No one is taking responsibility and no one even seems to care or even have the decency to address this matter. Its an absolute disgrace!!! They are quick enough to take my money (and have been doing so for over 10 years) but there is utter disregard and contempt for customers!! Where the is the customer service???
