Cell C
Contract cancelled and still being debited?

With reference to my previous 5 complaints, Cell C cancelled my contract under a CPA reason since they could not provide the service I was paying for. At first I was rather happy but now I have been debited my full month's bill and some extra for a service I have not used all month? I need someone to assist me in getting a refund sorted out as this is unacceptable!
