EMPLOYEES DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB

I cant make or receive call on my contract cell phone. It gives me an error code. I have been struggling since Friday the 20th September 2013 to sort this out. I have spoken to numerous employees at the call center, and each one has a different story. Needless to say my phone is still not working.
