SPAM: "1 New MSG on your account"

This morning I received an SMS from 2784000157493996 saying: "1 NEW Msg on your account: 'pls add me on whtsapp 07'- Click to read full msg [URL Removed] 31305 subscription service R7/day optout dia 02130."

Firstly I am a Nashua Mobile client with MTN contracts.

This is the most ridiculous rubbish I have over seen. There are numerous other MTN subscribers reporting the same spam regarding the R7 per day charges unless if we opt out. Firstly, myself and numerous other MTN users do not sign ourselves up for anything of this nature.

It's appalling how MTN can allow this to take place. This is just another reason why I shall not be renewing my cellphone contract with MTN in 2 month's time. I may just be one customer MTN will be losing, but I give you my word that my friends and family will hear about how unethical and unpractical MTN is.

Thank you MTN for wasting my time and money.
