NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE

On 7 September i woke up to sms showing that R20 has been deducted from my airtime and that the same amount will be deducted everyday. Upon checking my airtime balance, it confirmed R20 being missing. I contacted CellC_support via Twitter as they generally provide quick response to issues, but i received no response from them. I then lodged a complaint with the 'Wireless Application Service Providers' Association' (WASPA) whereby they got me unsubscribed within 24hrs. When asking WASPA what about the R20 airtime i lost for something which no ordinary human being will subscribe to in paying R20 per day, they responded saying that the company that billed me refuse to refund me and included an excel sheet showing my subscription date (Imagine i was on contract). I have no idea how i got subscribed to something so expensive and possibly worthless. As a new customer to the CellC network i am very disappointed!!!
