Very close to getting consumer services involved!!

My phone has been sent for repairs twice the first time it came back it worked for a few days and had the same problem. The second time it came back the same way I sent it. I've spoken to countless consultants in Promenade and Canal Walk who just told me all they can do is send it for repairs again. I've mailed Canal walks branch manger and nothing came of it. About 2/3 saturdays ago I was in Canal walks store and waited for an hour for the manager and no one came out. What's the use I'm paying for a contract and don't benefit from it?! My network is always down and only comes back sometimes after I restart it. Why should I still be paying for this service?! VERY UPSET!
