Unauthorised Charges

I've been charged for hundreds or rands for 'content services' that I did not subscribe to. Pretty sure this is illegal. Phoned them, but can't get further than a computer voice. No content was received and the 'duration' on my bill shows 0.00. This is. I've also logged a complaint with ICASA. I'm busy logging one with WASPA.
