Cell C - u criminals

There is absolutely no network coverage whatsoever from Cell C. Cell C has treated me as if I am "a parcel", being passed around every single employee Cell C has. That someone new has no ability to assist - a total gaming tactic by Cell C to prevent me from a resolution. An audit should be completed to see how many Technician request forms have been completed -as the network simply cannot support today's phones. I would love to see Cell C answering these questions in a televised journalistic program. Summary: that Cell C is currently engaging in criminal activity taking it's monthly debit for a service it is evidently not able to provide. This criminal activity is aimed at South Africa's average Joe who has no funding to pursue this by law and has no grounds to cancel their debit orders without the average Joe receiving the penalty and not the Multi National Giant Cell C. Surely we the consumers are protected by law (CPA). I am currently running my phone off the Vodacom network using 2G/edge and have been doing so for the last week. I no longer have it in me to fight with Cell C on a daily basis.
