The several times I have phoned the 0861232424 number, the only friendly voice happens to be the computer that answers the phone and reads out the menu.
Other than that, your staff are shocking! The incredibly useless service has ranged from requesting help with my wireless connection, which eventually ended in an argument with the technical person insisting that it is not actually wireless at all. Never mind the fact that I've worked in this industry for over 20 years. To requests to check my billing.

Please advise if the below is acceptable as well:

I call in on Sunday because my wireless connection is not working. The IVR (interactive voice response) answers my call and provides me with an option to go through to the call centre for customer service, no pun intended. I ask the gentleman if there is someone in technical who can assist. "Nope, they knocked off". No worries, can you please check my account to see if its in arrears. "Nope, the system is not available until technical are back in the morning". So why are you in the office answering phones if you cannot assist customers then? "To tell them that they must please call back in the morning".
