I handed my phone over to altech autopage benoni for an insurance claim on my Galaxy S2 as its screen had broken. i have accidental cover for the phone. i gave it to them on the 12 july 2013. it is now a month later and they haven't even repaired the phone and i am getting messages from them telling me that i must pay R2400 to get it fixed. the fact that it has taken over a month to be told that i have to pay for the repairs is ridiculous. i filled out a claim form and now a month later, still no joy. all i am told is we will follow up and get back to you. same response every time, when they finally do get back to me, they tell me that a new repair center is checking it or that it is on its way back to the branch. i have waited for over a month and i stil don't know what is happening with my phone that i pay for monthly and haven't been able to use the phone. i am now waiting to find out why i am being told i need to pay when i was told earlier this week my phone would take 3-5 working days to arrive at the branch for me to collect. how come now they are waiting for payment before they can repair? i am going crazy and will definitely be changing from auto page as soon as i can
