After 6 years

After having numerous problems after closing the account i now found out after 6years that i have been handed over for a closed account. After numerous e-mails and phoning i still have not had any feedback or even anybody doing the trouble to phone or answer me back with an explanation. Please can u help me sorting this out. Thank you
