I phoned Cellc 4 times with a subscription that is on my account that I haven't subscribe to Smart040. They gave me a number to phone but know one answer the phones and its been 7 days know. So I pay R20 a day for something I dont even know what it is. Dont know why they cant remove this. Since this subscription is on my account I purchased 2gb bundles but I cant access the internet, no one at Cellc can help me. I think this is very poor service.
