Telkom ADSL in Highveld un-usable again!

I am now again raising my problem which was logged 4 times in the last months!
The telkom centurion highveld exchange is over utilised - multiple ISPs confirmed this and still Telkom is not fixing this problem!
When will Telkom become a world class service provider?!?!
This is really a joke!
How many times more!
Call logged again after Telkom said it was fixed a week ago!!!

I would have changed service provider if we had another one in this country.
