General bad service

Autopage shops do not offer any after sales services. I seems that employees are only interested in selling products all other queries are brushed aside or they do not know or cannot help. Contact Head Office. Please address this matter as I know of various people who wish to change their service provider. There are seriously something wrong in this company. I will definitely not recommend them to any one. One example is that it took us almost a year to change a surname. The rest I can write book about
