My husband put in a claim for his cellphone being of June, they took two weeks to process and approve the claim. Good claim approved now its time to deliver the phone, they were instructed to deliver the phone to the nearby mall, which they say it was fine, still waiting for it, Phone them on monday because after my husband threw his toys out of his cot, they said Monday, Monday when he phone they told him there is something wrong with the delivery address, after being told thousands of times where to deliver the phone. Autopage is pathetic and I would never ever advice any one to take out a contract with them, they useless and dont talk about service delivery because there ISN'T ANY.
