Altech Autopage - useless aftersales service

Hi

I have 3 contracts with Altech Autopage and on my blackberry contract the scoller was sticking, I sent it in for repairs and 2 months later I get a call back informing me that I have to pay R 601 to repair the scoller (phone still under contract guarantee), when I called the call centre to find out the situation nobody can help me, I called on 6 occasions and wanted to speak to a manager and to date the manager did not call me back.
the phone was sent back to the store not fixed and nobody has an explaination for me.
My debit order is going off as usual and I am not using the service.
