ITS PAST SEVEN WORKING DAYS THAT I WAS PROMISED THE PHONE WILL BE FETCHED, BECAUSE I WAS OFFERED A SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 AND AN APPLE IPHONE 4S WAS DELIVERED. REPORTED THE INCIDENT AND AND THE AGENTS MADE A CASE FOR THE PHONE TO BE PICKED UP, AM STILL WAITING. IM BEGINNING TO THINK CELLC WAS TAKING CHANCES SENDING ME THAT PHONE IT WAS NOT A MISTAKE. I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE SAYING THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM.
I WANT THIS ISSUE SORTED OR I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER. COME FETCH YOUR PHONE AND GIVE THE PHONE I WAS OFFERED, OR MONTH END AM NOT PAYING.
ONE AGENT TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO APPLY AGAIN FOR THE PHONE AFTER THEY FETCHED THIS NONSENSE OF A PHONE. NOW MAKE LOGIC OF THAT, HOW IS THAT GOING TO BE POSSIBLE WHEREAS HAVE STARTED USING THE MINUTES BECAUSE I HAVE PORTED TO THIS IDIOTIC NETWORK. ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FROM AGENTS WHO DO NOT KNOW THEIR OWN PRODUCT. SORT THIS OUT, =>>FUNIWE BEFORE YOU EVEN CALL ME SORT THIS MATTER OUT FIRST.
