POOR service, years of consistent problems

Telkom must be the worst provider in the ADSL/ Broadband space. I almost said service provider... but there is no service to mention. We have been paying a high premium for a couple of years to have a fast connection at our home. Last year we didn't have internet for a couple of months due to some failure on Telkoms side. Needles to say we struggled to get someone to fix the problem for more than 3 Months. I'm supposed to get between 4 and 10Mb/s on my line... that is what i chose and the premium for that is very high. we've been running speed test for the last year and were getting between .17MBb/s and 2, 85Mb/s. only on 3 occasions got over 3Mb/s. After numerous complaints and Telkom staff telling me that we are wasting their time... yes customer service at its best... no one seems interested in resolving our problem. But believe me if you skip one payment they will threaten suspend your service. once again What service are they talking about? Should we just accept this no care attitude? Telkom did give us a small refund for the last year for not getting the speed that we should... not even one moths line rental... but till today we are getting under 3Mb/s. POOR SERVICE!!!
