Illegal subscription to Mira networks

My husband's cell phone (083 250 6654) has been charged with R171.92 per month since February 2013 for a service he did not subscribed for, don't even know what it is. I have contacted the number given to me by MTN and unsubscribed. Received a sms telling him that he is unsubscribed with a reference number.
I cannot get in contact with an operator who can assist me. We want the money back since the first time they have charged his account.
