Cell C
No Coverage. Permanently on EDGE, was promised 4G

Good day

This is my second attempt at contacting you with the same issue.

I took out a Cell C Internet Contract (Smartdata 2 GB) over two years ago and at the time was assured that the coverage at my place would be excellent.
Well the coverage has been nothing less than horrible.
It's permanently on EGDE and still I can't use the internet.
I haven't been able to use the 2GB Data given month after month and feel that this contract has become a waste of money.

This is a real problem and inconvenience and thought Cell C was suppose too have 4G coverage... well I can't even get 3G.

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!

I feel that this was false advertising and I was to at the time of taking out the contract.
