Early debit order?

I don't know why but my debit order for mweb came off on the 28th this month, yet this month ended on the 30th. I checked my account to make certain it wasn't my mistake but it even states there that the due date is the 30th. My account went into arrears because of this. Are you just greedy for money that you must try and rush to debit before my other accounts do. I am very unhappy about what you did! Customers should not be treated this way.
