Nashua pavilion false contract termination amount

Went into nashua pavilion to cancel my mtn contract as they failed to inform me of the change in mtn s bis usage policy. NASHUA pavilion told me i would have to pay 4000 rand in order to terminate, i questioned it as my contract is up for upgrade in just a few months time, the sales lady double checked and confirmed the 4000 rand amount to which i complained and she blamed mtn for this excessive amount i then posted a report on hello peter to mtn and nashua regarding this mtn replyed two days after my report where as nashua took an entire week and numerous emails sent directly to them . i was eventually contacted by Bianca s responded to my report, SHE INFORMED ME THAT THE AMOUNT I OWE IS IN FACT 1500 rand not the 4000 nashua pavilion tried to charge me i informed Bianca of this and she said she would get back to me on this later in the day that was on tuesday and to this day she has not come back to me so clearly nashua head office does not care that pavilion branch clearly tried to exploit me for 2500 extra than what i actually owe im probably not the first and seeing as nashua head office havnt done anything im probably not the last its disgraceful business practice
