No reply... maybe their phones are out

I'm trying to change to cell c because I need a new contract and I like what they offer. I've been to [URL Removed] and hit the "contact us" bit, as well as entering my number in the "change to cellc" field. Do you think anyone would get back to me? The service and I'm not even a customer yet!
