Uselessness is!

U guys drive me crazy!!!

I LOVE Neotel!
Brilliant call rates!
Good service.
Dont have to be tied into contracts!
Airtime lasts 1 year!
Decent signal!
Wish my iPhone would work on Neotel.

BUUUT!

It is not possible to load airtime!
IE it is useless to me!! I cannot use it!!!
Over the past 7 months of having the phones, not once have I been able to load airtime without a complication!!
Last time: I loaded R300 it took 2 visits to the Shop, 5 calls to technical support and then a sorry you are just going to have to wait till they fix the problem... 3 weeks later I can use my R300.

3 weeks after that ie, this last friday, exactly the same thing again! Plus the Caltex garage i get airtime from doesn't have R300, so I can only get two R50 vouchures.

Here I sit having to use my blimmen cellphone to phone land lines when my R100 sits somewhere where i cant use it.

Seriously Guys! U seriously dropping the ball! U know how much money your company must be losing from uselessness!
