I would like to lodge a complaint on the atrocious service i recieved from The 8ta Store at westwood mall. 1st im an existing customer who was due for an upgrade. i visited the store and upgraded from my BB curve to the BB Z10, this all began in April 2013, i have copies of documentation to prove this. 1stly within 1st 7 days my handset was faulty. they then took it in and gave me a new 1. then the begins with the Incorrect contract. i signed up for R388 100 any time min and 400 mb of data bundle pm. 2 months later im still on my contract 100 (my contract prior to upgrade) and 1 week into the month my Z10 is useless! despite a number of phone calls to the call centre, (gave up on the westwood mall branch) njabulo /streegan/ kreesan and crew r useless, no1calls u back. ppl pls dont support that specific branch! they cause chaos with there lack of experience knowlede and skill . leads to unhappy frustrated customers- feedback required!
