They have had my phone for 7 months

My fianc? took my phone blackberry toch in October 2012 at Alpha Cellular in Durban and they told him to come pick up in Feb 2013, when he called to double check before he fectch the phone they told him the phone is not ready they are waiting for one part, they told him to comeback in March, in March 2013 same story they told him, evn in April and again today 8/05/2013, they cant be waiting for one part from October 2012 till May 2013 that not true they need to clarify to us whether they have lost the phone or what because what they are saying is not making sense, and worse they now giving us attitude if we ask about the phone, our reference is my fianc?
