I have been with Cell C for 12 years. My mom originally took out my contract for me in her name because I was only 17 when I got the contract. Fees have always gone off my account. It has just been a mission to change it over to my name because i have to go through a whole rigmarole and because I have been loaded as a contact person, I have always been assisted telephonically. Today, they couldn't assist me because I am not the account holder.

I PAY THE ACCOUNT AND HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS!!!

I have recently taken out a Vodacom contract. If you are willing to loose a loyal customer you have had for the past 12 years, please carry on with this ridiculous rules. Alternatively change the contract to my name without me having to go through your processes where I have to come in to a shop and get bank statements etc. Really!!! I have been paying for 12 years. Why do you give me trouble NOW??
