Charging

I upgraded my phone package on th 24th December and immediately starting getting charged by MIRA for servies that I had not registered for (I never realised it as I never received any "content" thay they apparantly offer). This has gone on for 5 months now and I have lost money every month. I want a refund of this money immediately!
