No internet with Cell C 3G dongle modem

Reported this problem Nov 2012. Cell C (Tsepo/ Tsego) gave us a call the following day to say they will cone and check the signal. They never came or contacted us again. It's now longer than 2 months that we don't have internet. What must we do? How do one get in touch with the CEO?
