I recently got married and moved to Discovery on my husband's membership.
I had to change branches and I just sent an e-mail to the Tygervalley branch informing them of the change.

Not even 20minutes later, Jamie phoned me and said she will be sorting this for me.
She phoned me 30minutes later to confirm that I am now a Vitality Member and my Club has been changed to Tygervalley.

That same night I was able to gym in Tygervalley and and recieved my new contranct, my new card and even an Adiddas bag.
She really went the extra mile and also sorted out my Vitality queries and payments as well.

Looking forward to my membership with the Tygervalley Branch!
