Pathetic Attitude, Insulting Prospective Clients

I have been looking at signing up my Family at the Boradacres and Cedar Virgin Active. Today i received a call for Linda at the Broadacres Virgin Active. i did tell her that i have already been to VA at Broadacres and that they are much more exspensive when compared to Cedar. i also noted that realised it was because VA Broadacres is a flagship gym. so i went on and explained that it works out to be a bit more than i expected for my two sons, my wife and myself and that cedar would be more suitable financially. Linda with an attitude of note says, "well if you are comfortable with your children watching tv at home and not be stimulated", that is when i lost it. VA should be looking for new clients and to retain clients, It looks like they actually dont give a . how the does Linda know what i do with my children. who gives Linda the right to say this???
Is she now questioning my parenting??? how i raise my kids??? this is an absolute dismal attittude!!!
dont ever let her call clients again because this behaviour has totally changed mind about my family signing up at Virgin Active...
