Over a month to get correct cancellation fee!

I'm tired of phoning and trying to get my cancellation fee. The manager is never available and never phone back. The system says our contract date is Sep 2014 ending, but I have the contract to prove it is June 2014!!! Poor service in every way!!! Nobody can do their job. A cancellation fee is obtained with in 48 hour according to staff, I am batteling over a month!!! Sick and tired. Will advice everybody to NEVER to sign a contract at Planet Fitness.
