Bad services and feedback for a card

I register with virgin active 2months ago registering me son my daughter and myself. From the 3rd day we arrive we are having problems with my daughters card. Every time we arrive at virgin active Meyersdale I go in my son and my daughters cant cause her card is not working, Then the sales person Happy came took as to his office and "sort" the problem. I ended up resigning her papers, reason for that is that they have lost her papers. Ever since then every time we go to gym the same story then we have to wait 10min for someone to helps us then try and sort the problem out. Yesterday when we arrive they have canceled my daughters card. I had to resign the contract and do all the paper work again for my daughter. For me it's a of a inconvenience every time we go we spend 20-30 min waiting in front for someone to sort her card then to phone the playroom to say its ok for her to go in. I feel it's my time they waist I miss training classes because of this. Yesterday Happy told me it's not his fault its admin's fault and he don't know why they don't sort it out.
I feel in two months having the same problem cant he as sales person not solve the problem or follow up.
