To whom it may concern

I believe I am not the first person to complain about this problem. The equipment of Virgin Active Potchefstroom are up to and someone needs to do something about it.

1) Benches - I can easily count at least 20 members who are sick and tired to complain about the benches in the weights department. Four of the six benches are broken for almost 3 months. The benches are so unstable you need to put 5kg plates under each foot just to stabilise the bench. When you go too "heavy" 40kg dumbbell's. The benches sometimes collapse.

2) Medicine - While I was doing cable fly's I wanted to super-set my workout with medicine ball push ups. All three the medicine I took were flat. When I asked one of the flour staff to please pump the. He arrogantly told me that the cant be pumped. Which is a lie, as I have seen them pumped the before.

3) Friday morning when I wanted to do leg presses. The leg press machine was broken. This morning "Monday" when I wanted to doe calves the machine was still broken.

The Mangers seem to do nothing about the problem. They just blame shift every time you complain. But how long till they fix the problem
