Great attitude!

My parents have recently joined the gym and I accompanied them to the Steenberg gym this evening. One of the fitness crew, Sweetness, helped my Mom and Dad with their queries as they explored the gym and provided guidance on posture etc and lots of encouragement. I then watched Sweetness make her way around the gym and display the same awesome and encouraging attitude to other gym goers. On the way out she gave us a smile and some more words of encouragement. I'd like to formally say thanks to Sweetness for making my parents' decision to embark on a healthier lifestyle an easier one. All Virgin Active's fitness crew could learn from Sweetness' positivity!
