Im liable for bank charges due to their erro

I'm very upset with virginactive and the way they operate. I changed from my 279 contract and joined Keyfit plan with discovery paid the once off amount and was advised that my next payment will be the 1 June. And then they debit me after I did pay placing my account into a minus. My bank chargers was a extra 57 because they messed up. I'm very upset I want to be reimbursed for my bank chargers. This has been a big inconvience on me now.
