Excellent Service

Not to sound otherwise but for ONCE I have had extremely brilliant service from Game Canal Walk when it comes to issues we have experienced.

If anyone reads this, please would you extend a very WELL DONE and a big THANK YOU to Denver and Douglas in the Hi Tech department in Game Canal Walk. They are of the few exceptional employees that went the extra mile with the two issues we have had with our Hisense TV. When I spoke to Denver in store he mentioned that he was not thanked the last time I asked them to thank him when I could not find him in store to do so personally. So publicly I would like to acknowledge both these young men as they are just EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks to both of them we were able to get refunded for our tv that came back from repairs with another problem and able to purchase a new one.

Keep it up! I advise everyone to ask for these gentlemen when going to the store, they are efficient and they do not keep you waiting! :)
