BAD Product and attitude at FAIRCAPE

I bought a mango 2litre juice at Spar in Belhar, it tasted like lemon water, extremely dissapointing. I them called the head office spoke to Crystal, she told me someone will be in contact me in 24 hours. A week later i am still waiting, i am very irritated.
i then called her back and she said a lady by the name of Tatum would contact me, still nothing. So i called her this morning and again Crystal said Tatum will call, when i told her Im going to put her on Hellopeter, she laughed. That is customer care, and inadequate. i am so not impressed. Get back to me ASAP.
