Lying about 10 percent discount

Trying to buy an air ticket with mango airlines, i am an edgars account holder as well as a benefit card member which i pay a fee of R35, 00 a month for. This card according to the edcon group entitles me to various discounts on various products and services. Upon trying to purchase a flight ticket and trying to redeem my 10 percent discount the flight price increased and i only obtained a 3 percent discount. Surely this goes against the consumer protection act as it is tantamount to price fixing!!??!!
