I really thought that a company like Coca-Cola that is so "people" driven would respond to a request from one of the clients.

I sent a mail to their support e-mail just asking why a product is only available in a certain region and not in gauteng.

This request has just been ignored.

I'm sorry but this is not acceptable. Just like every service industry in South Africa.
