Do not keep their Hello Peter promise

On the 25th March I wrote a complaint regarding their misleading pricing policy.
Their ineffectual PR machine promised feedback shortly.
Nearly two weeks later and nada! Nothing.
Customer Service, what customer service? More like customer lip service!
I am not going away FLM, next stop the Consumer Protection Council... lets see if they ignore the Commissioner.
