Non-payment after dismissal

My name is Elsie Motaung, Emp. no 843008 formerly employed at Shoprite Bethlehem Branch... hereby wish to get assistance to receive my pension fees that Shoprite still owe to me after been dismissed without proper proceedings of which is not the case now.. I hereby humbly request anyone in authority to act on my behalf as I have been visiting the store several times to negotiate this matter.. I find it unnecessary for me to run to CCMA for this matter whereby I fully know I have a strong case against the company.
