Outstanding service from Woolies staff

Yesterday evening at around 6pm, pretty much the entire population of Sunninghill must have been in the Chilli Lane Woolworths - queues were completely around the shop! I'd like to commend all staff on the professional way the situation was handled. Every till point was open (not generally the case in other shops... or banks!.. under similar circumstances), the queue moved at nothing short of lightning speed (I was out in under 10 mins, despite being about the 20th person in the line) and all customers were greeted with the same friendly, helpful attitude that we've come to expect from Woolies staff. The manager himself was packing at the till I went to and he was calm and chatty and had the situation well in hand. A huge thumbs up to all! This is why we're prepared to pay that bit extra - spotlessly clean stores, beautiful packaging, the freshest produce and outstanding service!
