Lanco Quality Complaint! : Good Day Brenda (Never called me back??) / Management Lanco Watches TRADING AS Bacher Service Centre

I called in earlier and spoke to Brenda where she promised me a reply from her manager with in the hour with no reply?

The reason for my complaint is that I have purchased a LANCO watch on 24/12/11 for my wife as a Christmas gift. She hardly wear this watch only as she wears many watches and yet the silver is coming off and turning Brown??

My wife wanted another brand of Watch for Christmas and I rather bought a Lanco as I THOUGHT IT TO BE QUALITY???

I have now logged complaits with " Bacher Service Centre" SA and yet there seems to be a complete lack of willingness to assist me. The best they could offer is to credit me on the strap price.. THE WATCH IS WORTH NOTHING IF MY WIFE CANT WEAR IT AS A WHOLE!!!

I would request that Lanco/ S Bacher EXCHANGE for another type of Lanco - as this type loses its silver.

Lets hope this matter can be resolved as I am not leaving this matter unresolved due to bad quality. I have all photos watch and puchaces slips
